Terms & Conditions — 8055j Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Access to or use of the 8055j Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a third party.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8055j Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Bonus Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the Bonus Terms expressly state otherwise.

2.4 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with 8055j, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other corporate entity);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 8055j or any affiliated platform;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its associated entities;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.2 Players accessing 8055j from within Indonesia acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws. The Company operates under an international gaming license and provides its services to Indonesian players in that capacity.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the 8055j Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

4.4 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 8055j support immediately via live chat or at the contact email provided in Clause 18.

4.5 The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

5.1 8055j is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request, and may also be required before activating certain account features or bonus offers.

5.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Age: Confirming you are aged 21 or above — typically satisfied by the document above;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your Indonesian residential address, dated within the last 90 days;
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the bank account or e-wallet registered to the Account, confirming ownership.

5.3 The Company may request additional documentation at its discretion, particularly for high-value withdrawal requests or where fraud risk indicators are identified.

5.4 KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. Altered, obscured, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.5 The Company processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days under standard conditions. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification.

6.1 All deposits to 8055j Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 50.000 for bank transfer methods. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method as published on the Platform.

6.2 8055j accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability is subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the Platform's banking section.

6.3 Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmation of receipt. Standard bank transfer deposits typically confirm instantly during Indonesian banking hours. E-wallet deposits typically confirm within seconds of submission.

6.4 You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit suspected to have originated from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.5 8055j does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control and are borne by the Player.

6.6 Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed. If you believe you have made a deposit in error, contact 8055j support immediately. The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts cannot process withdrawals.

7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification if the withdrawal destination differs from the deposit source.

7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-withdrawal limits are published in the Platform's banking section and may vary based on Account tier and verification status.

7.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Typically 1–3 hours for verified accounts during standard banking hours (WIB);
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Typically 2–8 hours;
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: Typically 1–2 hours;
• ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically 1–3 hours.

7.5 Processing times are estimates and may extend during peak periods, Indonesian national holidays, or where additional verification is required. The Company does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times.

7.6 Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn directly. It must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement and be converted to real-money balance before withdrawal eligibility is established.

7.7 The Company reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending investigation. The Player will be notified in such cases.

8.1 8055j offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in full at the time the promotion is active.

8.2 General conditions applicable to all 8055j bonuses unless otherwise stated in specific Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Indonesian Players who have completed account registration;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Bonus Credits not converted within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount), unless the specific Bonus Terms state otherwise;
• Minimum odds requirements, eligible markets, and excluded game types are specified per promotion;
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting at low risk using bonus funds, use of automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or collusion between multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Bonus Credit forfeiture and potential Account termination.

9.1 All bets placed on the 8055j Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or game type. These rules are available within the Platform interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9.2 Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. For BRI Liga 1 matches, results are confirmed by the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI). For international fixtures, results are confirmed by the relevant international federation (UEFA, FIFA, etc.).

9.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Company's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly where connectivity issues, official delays, or data integrity concerns are identified.

9.4 In the event of a void or cancelled sporting event, affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet Balance, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

9.5 All casino game outcomes — including slot gacor (high-frequency payout slot games), table games, and live dealer games — are determined by independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. The Company cannot influence game outcomes once a bet is placed.

9.6 Togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from authoritative international pool operators. Draw times and result publication schedules are displayed within the Platform.

9.7 The Company reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activity. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8055j Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or using false identities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 8055j;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets on the Platform;
• Exploiting errors in Platform software, odds pricing, or game mechanics — commonly referred to as "bug exploitation" or "arbitrage abuse";
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any head-to-head game format;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Using the Platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and proper disclosure to 8055j;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 8055j support staff;
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures of the Platform, including but not limited to VPN usage to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

10.2 The Company employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Patterns indicative of prohibited conduct are investigated, and confirmed cases are acted upon without prior warning.

11.1 8055j is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Indonesian players. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge and can be activated immediately through the account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Caps on maximum net losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play duration before automatic logout;
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic notifications displaying session duration and net session result;

No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

13.3 The 8055j name, logo, and brand marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in social media profiles, affiliate sites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the 8055j Platform.

14.2 Without limiting the generality of Clause 14.1, the Company accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside the Company's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds pricing or game results caused by third-party data feed failures, where the Company acts promptly to correct the error and notifies affected Players;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delayed or failed transactions not caused by the Company's systems;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any financial, psychological, or other harm resulting from a Player's gambling activity on the Platform.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by the Company's wilful misconduct.

14.4 The Company's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 The Company may suspend or terminate your Account and these Terms at any time, with immediate effect, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that you provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusory, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Where you are found to be under 21 years of age;
• Where you have activated a self-exclusion covering the 8055j Platform.

15.2 In cases of Account termination due to Player breach, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the Wallet Balance and Bonus Credits held in the Account. Real-money Wallet Balance may be returned to the Player at the Company's discretion after investigation, provided it can be confirmed as legitimately earned.

15.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 8055j support. Upon voluntary closure, your verified Wallet Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

16.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with reasonable notice of no less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

16.2 The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the current version was published. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting 8055j support.

16.3 Your continued use of the 8055j Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license.

17.2 The parties agree that disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through 8055j's internal complaints procedure. If not resolved within 30 days of formal written complaint, disputes may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by the Company's licensing authority.

17.3 Players accessing 8055j from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. The Company makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, permissible, or available in Indonesia, and access from Indonesia is at the Player's own risk and legal discretion.

17.4 Nothing in this Clause limits the Company's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction.
